Repair

My first job in this line of work before my apprenticeship was repairing furniture in 1990. I am drawn to it because it gives us insight as furniture artists into what others saw and did in the design process. We see solutions and flaws along the way and learn from them as we work on the pieces to make them what they once were. Whether it’s repair or refinish, we love to have old pieces to work on in between all the new stuff! There is generally a wait list, though so make sure to call before you lug that couch down to the shop!
